學(xué)者簡介:

2012年獲中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(武漢)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,。2012-2014年在中國科學(xué)院武漢植物園進行博士后研究。先后在德國赫姆霍茲國家研究會萊比錫環(huán)境中心(UFZ),、斯洛文尼亞新戈里察大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)院(University of Nova Gorica)及意大利國際高等研究院(SISSA)進行訪問研究。2014年至今在中南民族大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院從事生物修復(fù)相關(guān)研究。迄今為止已在Environmental Science & Techonology, Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Hazards Materials,、Chemosphere,、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety等雜志發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,其中第一及通訊作者20余篇,;Frontiers in Plant Science雜志的客座編輯,;非靶向分析基準(BP4NTA)會員。

本實驗室長期應(yīng)用植物及微生物修復(fù)受重金屬及有機物污染的土壤,;以基于高分辨質(zhì)譜和核磁共振的非靶向代謝組學(xué)研究為核心,,綜合運用宏基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組,、蛋白組,,離子組學(xué),生物信息學(xué)和人工智能等手段,,探討污染物在土壤及植物中的動態(tài)遷移過程和降解機制,,解析污染物的環(huán)境地球化學(xué)行為,開發(fā)污染土壤的生物修復(fù)技術(shù)并將其應(yīng)用于工程實踐,。此外,,課題組亦嘗試開發(fā)地表水環(huán)境監(jiān)測領(lǐng)域儀器設(shè)備開發(fā)。
