一,、研究領(lǐng)域和方向
主要研究方向包括農(nóng)業(yè)動(dòng)物生長發(fā)育相關(guān)性狀及人類疾病遺傳基礎(chǔ)解析和關(guān)鍵基因的功能研究,重點(diǎn)以哮喘小鼠模型為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,,探討炎癥相關(guān)基因在哮喘等炎癥性疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用和機(jī)制,;以上述研究工作為平臺,,開展武陵山區(qū)重要藥用植物資源的生物活性成分的篩選鑒定及應(yīng)用于哮喘治療的研究工作。
