研究領域和方向

主要從事益生元(寡糖類)和益生菌(芽孢桿菌、乳酸桿菌)與腸道互作的相關研究,,挖掘益生元和益生菌通過腸道菌群/代謝功能等調控腸道健康的機制,;并以腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)為起點,進一步探索益生元與益生菌通過腦—腸軸調控神經(jīng)炎癥的相關機理,。
