(一)主要研究方向
研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)榕咛グl(fā)育調(diào)控因子PLAC8和Plac9在肺相關(guān)疾病中的角色扮演及參與的信號(hào)通路表達(dá)與調(diào)控。通過(guò)功能基因組,、轉(zhuǎn)錄組、蛋白質(zhì)組、RNAi、轉(zhuǎn)基因動(dòng)物、iPS及生物信息技術(shù)等多種現(xiàn)代生命科學(xué)手段,,研究基因-發(fā)育-疾病等生命本質(zhì), 尤其關(guān)注胚胎發(fā)育,、細(xì)胞分化及干細(xì)胞命運(yùn)等生命活動(dòng)及其分子病理機(jī)制。
