二、培養(yǎng)目標
Ⅱ Cultivation Objectives
本專業(yè)以立德樹人為根本任務,堅持科學的教育理念,努力培育時代新人,。本專業(yè)主要培養(yǎng)具有良好思想道德品質、較高理論素養(yǎng)和較強教育實際工作能力,并能在中小學,、教育科學研究機構和各級教育行政部門等單位,從事教學,、研究,、管理等方面工作的復合型人才。本專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標可以具體細化為道德情操,、專業(yè)基礎,、實踐能力、綜合素養(yǎng)、交流合作等五個維度,。
This major takes moral education as its fundamental task, adheres to scientific educational concepts, and strives to cultivate new talents of the times. This major trains students with good ideological and moral qualities, high theoretical literacy and strong practical ability in education. This kind of compound talents can be engaged in teaching, research and management in primary and secondary schools, educational scientific research institutions and educational administrative departments at all levels. The training objectives can be subdivided into five dimensions: teacher's ethics, professional foundation, practical ability, comprehensive quality, communication and cooperation.

Objective 1: Moral Integrity: Learn educational policies and regulations, abide by professional ethics standards for teachers, and aspire to become good teachers with the "Four Haves".
目標2:專業(yè)基礎:系統(tǒng),、堅實地掌握教育學專業(yè)的基礎知識、基本理論和基本技能,。
Objective 2: Professional Foundation: Systematically and solidly grasp the basic knowledge, theories, and skills of the education major.
目標3:實踐能力:能夠運用所學知識發(fā)現,、分析和解決現實教育問題,開展有效教學和教育管理,。
Objective 3: Practical Ability: Be able to use the knowledge learned to discover, analyze, and solve real-life educational problems, and carry out effective teaching and educational management.

ⅢBasic Requirements for Graduation
本專業(yè)契合時代發(fā)展變革,,以新文科建設為創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方向,提升教育教學的時代性,、學術性和針對性,,重點把握文科知識性與價值性的雙重屬性,以課程培養(yǎng)作為人才培養(yǎng)的核心要素,。學生主要學習和掌握教育科學的基本理論和基礎知識,,接受教育科學研究等方面的基本訓練,掌握從事教育教學工作等方面的基本能力,。本專業(yè)重點在師德規(guī)范,、教育情懷、專業(yè)知識,、教學能力,、班級管理、綜合育人,、學會反思,、協同創(chuàng)新等八個方面開展本科生核心能力的提升工作。
This major is in line with the development and transformation of the times, with the construction of new humanities as the innovative development direction, enhancing the timeliness, academic relevance, and pertinence of education and teaching, focusing on the dual attributes of knowledge and value in humanities, and taking curriculum training as the core element of talent cultivation. Students in this major mainly study and master the basic theory and knowledge of educational science, receive the basic training of educational research, and master some basic skills in education and teaching. This major focuses on improving the core competence of Undergraduates in eight aspects: Teachers’ ethics, educational feelings, professional knowledge, teaching ability, class management, comprehensive education, learning to reflect, collaborative innovation.
